2. About NAVIÉ
NAVIÉ is a clinic and salon management application designed primarily for professional beauty and medical aesthetics businesses. The application may also be used by individual users.
3. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary for the proper functioning of the application.
A. Account information — Name, email address, phone number, user ID (internal identifier). Purpose: account creation, authentication, profile management, and access to subscription features.
B. Subscription information — We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. We process subscription status and purchase history (subscription type and entitlement status). Purpose: enabling and managing access to premium features. We do not receive or store your credit card information; payments are processed by Apple.
C. User content — Users may create and store: client names and contact details, appointment data, treatment records, internal notes, profile or staff avatar images. Purpose: core application functionality.
D. Photos — Users may upload profile or staff avatar images. Images are stored securely using Supabase Storage.
4. What we do not collect
We do not collect: location data; device advertising identifiers (IDFA); browsing or search history; crash analytics; third-party advertising data. NAVIÉ does not use advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking technologies.
5. Data storage
Data is securely stored using Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Resend (email invitation functionality). All providers operate under their own security and data protection standards.
6. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data based on: performance of a contract (account and subscription functionality); legitimate interest (security and service improvement); legal obligations (where applicable).
7. Data retention
Data is stored for as long as the account remains active or as required for legal or accounting obligations. Users may delete their account at any time.
8. Account deletion
Users may delete their account directly within the application or contact support at support@getnavie.app. Upon deletion: account data is permanently removed; subscription access is revoked; associated stored data is deleted (unless required by law).
9. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
10. User rights (GDPR)
Users have the right to: access their data; rectify inaccurate data; delete their data; restrict processing; object to processing; request data portability. Requests may be sent to support@getnavie.app.
11. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the application and on our website.
