1. Operator

NAVIÉ is operated by Jakub Gotowicki, Gdynia, Poland — support@getnavie.app.

The Operator reserves the right to transfer the operation of NAVIÉ to an affiliated entity or company in the future.

2. Description of service

NAVIÉ provides tools for: client management; appointment scheduling; treatment documentation; inventory tracking; business performance management; subscription-based premium features. The application is primarily intended for professional use but may be used by individuals.

3. User account

To use NAVIÉ, a user must create an account. The user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring accuracy of provided data.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscription terms (billing period, pricing) are displayed in the application. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple account settings.

5. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for: the legality of the data they store; compliance with local data protection laws regarding their own clients; obtaining proper consent from their clients. The Operator is not responsible for the legality of user-uploaded content.

6. Data ownership

Users retain ownership of the data they enter into the application. The Operator does not claim ownership of user content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: NAVIÉ is provided "as is"; the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; the Operator is not responsible for business losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms, illegal use of the service, or abuse of the system.

9. Modifications

The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published in the application and on the website.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
