Account & access
I forgot my password — Use the password reset option on the login screen.
How do I delete my account? — In the app: Settings → Delete Account. Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed.
How do I export my data? — In the app: Settings → Data Management → Export. You can export data in CSV format.
Subscriptions (NAVIÉ Pro)
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To manage or cancel: open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NAVIÉ. We do not manage billing directly; all payments are processed by Apple. If you have subscription issues, check your Apple subscription status first.
Technical issues
If the app is not working correctly: ensure you have an active internet connection, update to the latest app version, and restart the app. If the issue persists, contact support with detailed information.
Data & privacy
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell or share your data for advertising. You can request account deletion at any time. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
